Eh, I liked it

Presentation is stunning, everything from the intro to the ending. Aesthetics are great. you have your signature art style in there, very nice. The only problem is you got too ambitious with the random level thing and there are too many glitches. I got stuck at one part with literally no way out and it's very frustrating. Still enjoyed it though.

Thoughtful, provoking puzzle game

I haven't played all the way through yet, but I think I have the jist of it. The puzzle idea is fairly unique and fun, and the fact that we actually get to continue a story as we play as incentive to play more is an excellent idea. The music was moody, and contributed to the atmosphere/

Very neat idea!

This was a nice game, with an excellent difficulty curve and a great idea. it was very entertaining, good job.

Wow!

I think this deserves a lot more attention, this is really good stuff!

Simple =/= Lazy

Okay, what? The meteor looks like it was hastily put together in a few seconds, the gameplay is bland and unenjoyable, the conept isn't the great to begin with, and there's almost no reason besides a bigger number to play this again. Yes, you only made it in a few hours, but that doesn't mean I'm going to be lenient with your score here. However...

if you had more time, i'm sure it would have been better. So, if you were to make a better version of this game, with soundfile that wasn't earrape, with a meteorite that didn't look like it was created in a few seconds, with an actual atmosphere and playability, THEN I would almost definitely enjoy it. As it stands? Not at all.

I love this meteor. In fact, it's my favorite meteor!

Well, okay

Sure this is just watching numbers steadily increase. Sure there's only one screen in that game. Sure the sound effects and gameplay is as repetitive as it gets. And sure, I'm only writing this review to pass time between now and when my five workers with uzis make enough money to upgrade my machine gun, but I don't think this game ever set out with a goal to be anything other than a quick time waster. I think I could tell exactly what this game would be like after seeing the title and intro, but that's not necissarily a bad thing. All in all, its fun. It's not great, it doesn't blow my mind, but it's addictive and fun.

Well, it killed time.

This is more than just a game. This is an epic tale about one man with telepathy that wanted to destroy clocks, and going to any legths to do that. And while it fell into the trap that most point'n'click games fell into in where you just ended up randomly clicking everything, it had some really good ideas, and was a solid game.

You know what would've been cool?

If after each generation the technology changed a bit, to the point of having robotic horses and laser lances. Well, that's what I was hoping for anyway. Oh well, it was executed nice, got repetitive fast and was maybe a bit easy. There was untapped potential here, but it kept me bust for 20 minutes.

Step by step time review

First impressions: Good array of songs, liking it so far, but the whole preloader taking five minutes instead of ten seconds is kind of getting to me. To be honest, the thing that made me click on this game was the "intuitive upgrades" promised. IF THERE ARE NO INTUITIVE UPGRADES EXPECT SCORE TO BE DASH FOR THAT EXACT REASON!

Starting up game: Nice song so far, title screen looks promising. Opening cut scene is completely unnecessary...

Five minutes in: Okay, LOVING the upgrade system so far, but I kind of wish it stacked, so that if you missed something you wanted you could go back when you got more power orbs and upgrade two at a time of what you wanted. I'm worrying that this will get repetitive though.

Ten minutes in: Well, wish I knew w was bomb. It IS starting to get repetitive but has an addicting charm too.

An hour in: I'd say its safe to review the entire game by now. Thank God for you changing the gameplay from chapter to chapter. If all six were like chapter 1 I might've gone insane. The upgrade system IS nice. I did enjoy the music. Graphics were retro which was a nice touch. The preloader glitch is weird and did put me off a bit, but I won't take points off for that. Overall it was a well put together game...

In fact, besides the preloader I can't think of anything wrong with it. Give me a minute or two...

...

Hmm, no, all the flaws I have are so minor they're not even worth addressing. What the hell, take my 10/10.

I saw it, you almost gave me a 9 there :)

Meh.

For what its worth this game sets out to become what its trying to be, and for the most part, it succeeds. It did very much feel casual... but engaging? Maybe I'm not your target audience here, but the animations for the fairy felt choppy, the achievement were extremely out of place, and the whole experience was just eh...

Alright, I can't leave it at just that, can I? Let's break this down. The music was ambient, helped set the atmosphere. The animations were choppy, not very well done. The aesthetics weren't too great to be honest. Graphics were nice. Gameplay was awful, even for a casual game. Here's a tip to developers: CASUAL=/= SIMPLE! You can have a casual game using simple mechanics without those mechanics being this bad. Still, the fact that it was made in only three weeks, and that I liked the graphics nets this a 6.

Oh, hai there. Why are you on my profile? Geez, now I feel all uncomfortable.
